The pictures displayed on the various pages are either digital photos or captured frames from digital movies. All pictures have been edited with Microsoft Digital Image Suite 2006 Editor; captured frames do not reproduce with the clarity of a photograph.

A lot of the photos are 30 - 40kb; the captured frames are 15 - 25kb. If your internet connection is a dial-up and slow in opening, click on a page and enjoy a cuppa while it is opening <grin>!

The web site layout was originally done on a Toshiba with a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels; it has been redone on a Dell XPS 1330 which has a screen resolution of 1280 x 800. I have attempted to accommodate both resolutions which means neither is perfect in layout; however, all of the photos and stories are presented. You should close anything that reduces the size of your screen, e.g., Favorites or a MS Office Shortcut Bar. Those that have the wide angle screens: they layout will appear to have lots of space between the photos. This is because I am providing additional space so that the web site will appear correctly on a 1024 x 768.

BIG RED:

Towing a 4000kg caravan with a Ford F250 customized with a 4500kg hitch receiver, a 5000kg pintel on the hitch head with 22 degrees of movement in all directions, and a 6000kg ring on the drawbar makes towing life relatively easy - Big Red does all of the work!

The canopy on the rear of our F250 as well as the box on the rear of our caravan were all custom designed and manufactured by Metal Form Industries.

Steve's 4WD obtained and installed all of the upgrades to Big Red

including the diff locks, air bags, and air shocks.
