LUVNTRAVLN'S NATURIST LIFE STYLE: 2005 - 2007
8 APRIL 2005: GLENREAGH NATURIST GETAWAY –
NORTH OF COFFS HARBOUR , NSW

As described in The Australian Naturist and as depicted in the pictures set forth below, our venture into the naturist world of freedom from textiles publicly started at
Until we saw the actual article,
we did not realize just how "public" was our "coming out"!
A little slice of paradise

Gotcha!
Freedom from textiles -
try it, you might like it!
It all started here;
continue the journey with us:
21 SEPTEMBER 2007
Hard to believe we haven't added anything to this section in more than a year. We have had a day here and a day there opportunity to shed our textiles; nothing sufficiently memorable. Finally, we made it to Taylorwood Nudist Resort! - " The only nudist resort in the Whitsundays, Queensland, Australia"!

Boy we were looking forward to this week - it has been a long time since we were in a place where we could be textile free for a whole week. Well, not exactly textile free as I had to rug up each evening when the sun went down or I was food for all of the sand flies.
We settled in amongst the trees and joined the visitors for the evening happy hour.
Much to our surprise we met Karen and Dave, friends

from our visit to Three Waters in 2005; Jak is talking to Karen.

Saturday morning breakfast of fresh strawberry crepes at the Airlie Beach market

In the evening after a day in the sun -
we return to the community happy hour/fire

I stealthily sneak up to grab a photo of Jak being massaged by Sandy; busted! Can you see Jak telling me to get lost?

Payback!

Naturally, there is work to be done naturally.

Evening entertainment naturally.

We have kept in touch with Sandy and her husband Tony.
Francoise and Bruce enjoy the entertainment;
we will meet them again and become fast friends
in November at Hinchinbrook Island.

4 NOVEMBER 2007:
We spent an entire week on Hinchinbrook Island at a wonderful resort with 60+ other nudist sun seekers all organized by TAN magazine. It was one of the best weeks we have had since joining the movement and since starting caravanning around Australia. Lots of people ask where are the best places to visit and we always say there are too many places. Now, we can say visit Hinchinbrook Island with TAN, shed your textiles, and have a blast!
We spent Saturday night in Cardwell, QLD -

Jak is anxious to get to the island and permanently shed textiles for a full week.
Saturday night and Sunday morning we shared meals with Jan/John (background) and Dell/David (foreground - from New Zealand); lovely people even with their clothes on!

Sunday morning we boarded Explorer II for the trip to Hinchinbrook Island.

Join us - shed your clothes to get the full effect - on Hinchinbrook Island.
2 DECEMBER 2007:

We ended our nudist pursuits for 2007 with a day on Moreton Island along with 73 other sunseekers - members of the
South East Community Sun Club.
We catch up with Erin and Craig whom we first met on Hinchinbrook.

Gee, are we back in SE Asia - giggle!!
Les "hawks" his wonderful magazine TAN "hot off the press"!
All aboard!

The last time we saw Dave "Bushy" was when he led our first naturist public bush walk in 2005!

Our friends Nikki and Greg also Hinchinbrook participants are welcomed by Kay the organizer of this event.

All ashore!

When our sister-in-law Mary first saw our nudist photos in 2005 she asked about protection from the sun and the risk of sun cancer. Mary: our tent on the right is labeled "The UV Protector"!!
